AGREEMENT

JOB INFO is a job listing service focusing on professional nannies, childcare providers, companions, housekeepers, and chefs. All Nannies/Providers are considered self-employed or employed by the client, NOT by JOB INFO.

For a one time subscription fee of $250.00, JOB INFO agrees to provide the subscriber with a list containing information regarding available employers or employees for a period up to 90 days from the date this contract is signed by the parties. New updated listings will be provided at the subscriber’s request during the 90 day period. JOB INFO only provides this information exchange service and does not employ or represent employers or employees. JOB INFO makes no representations as the suitability of any potential employee for any position listed in this service. JOB INFO makes no representations as to the suitability of any employer or job listed in this referral service for any potential employee. Any and all agreements and/ or conditions of employment, including but not limited to the following, are to be decided between the employee and employer: (a) type of job; (b) interests of job seeker; (c) qualifications of job seeker; (d) salary, benefits, and other conditions of employment; (e) location of job; (f) duration of employment.

No guarantee or warranty is made that the employer or employee will accept the subscriber when contacted. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber, employer or employee to abide by the applicable state, federal laws governing employment or the collection of applicable taxes. Every employer or employee must notify JOB INFO when the position was filled or a position was accepted so that JOB INFO can remove the registered name from the file. This agreement and the services herein are not assignable or transferable. Abuse or unauthorized use of this service terminates the agreement.

The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JOB INFO and its members, shareholders, officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents and servants, against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs which any person may hereafter have arising from or in connection with any loss, damage or injury sustained by such person resulting from any act, omission or negligence of the subscriber, employee, employer or of any of their employees, agents, representatives, servants, or any other person acting on behalf of the subscriber, employee or employer, in connection with the services provided by JOB INFO. The subscriber’s obligation to indemnify shall also include all reasonable costs, expenses and liabilities incurred in or in connection with each such claim or action or proceeding brought thereon, including without limitation, all reasonable attorney’s fees, expert fees and expenses for defense by counsel.

RIGHT TO REFUND

If within five calendar days after payment of any advance fee, the registrant has not supplied the job seeker with at least three available employment opportunities meeting the specifications of the contract as to (1) name of the employer and type of job; (2) interest of job seeker; (3) qualifications of job seeker; (4) salary, benefits, and other conditions of employment; (5) location of job; and (6) any other specification expressly set forth in the contract, the full amount of the fee paid shall be refunded to the job seeker within 10 calendar days after the expiration of the five-day period.

If the job seeker does not obtain a job through the services of the registered service, any amount paid in fees in excess of a $25 service charge shall be refunded to the job seeker, upon demand by the job seeker made within 10 calendar days of the expiration of the contract.

This service is registered with the Bureau of Employment and Personnel Services of the State of New Jersey, located at 124 Halsey Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102. Inquiries concerning your contract may be sent to this address.

NOTICE

This contract is the property of the job seeker and shall not be taken from the job seeker.

I hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed the terms and conditions of the above agreement. I am aware that I will pay a one time fee of $250.00 to JOB INFO and that this contract will expire 90 days from the date the agreement is signed.
